Career
He attended the College of Business Administration at the University of the Philippines. Garcia is a former President and Chief Operating Officer of ABS-Christian Broadcasting Network Corporation. Garcia also worked as a television Sales Executive in 1966 until Martial law.
He then moved to Global Media Arts Radio Television Arts from 1974 to 1986.
Garcia serves as an Independent Director of ABS-Christian Broadcasting Network Corporation. In 2010, Garcia joined as a judge of Pilipinas Got Talent.
