Has been counsel Edison Electric Light Company, American Bell Telephone Сompany, Westinghouse Air Brake Company, City of New York, Marconi Wireless Telegraph Company, Electric Accumulator Company, Western Union Telegraph Company, and many other important corporations and individuals. Lecturer on patent law in law department, Yale University, 1874-1885.
