Spratt, Frederick was born on January 26, 1852 in Salisbury, England. Son of Nehemiah and Mary Ann (Fleming) Spratt.

Education

Educated St. John’s College, Battersea, London, and University of Oxford.

Career

Came to the United States, 1883. In banking business at Ripon, since 1885. Became president First National Bank, 1918, later Chairman of the Board President Ripon Public Library.

Trustee Ripon College.
