Entered the Public Service of Barbados, 1859. Senior Police Magistrate of Bridgetown and St. Michael, 1878. Acting Judge Assistant Court of Appeal, 1878-SO.
Acting Colonel Secretary, Barbados, in 1879, etc. L.S.O. 1903; Provost-Marshal since 1882, and Inspector of Prisons in Island of Barbados, West Indies, 1878.
