Worked at Kinney & Lange, P.A. (Minneapolis, Minnesota) specializing in Intellectual Property Law including: Patent, Trademark, Copyright, Trade Secret, Unfair Competition, Advertising and Franchising Law. Trials and Appeals in Federal and State Courts and before Government Agencies. (1908-1995)
In 1996, KINNEY & LANGE, in cooperation with West Publishing Company, published two intellectual property law books
The first book is a 700 page hardbound treatise entitled Intellectual Property Law for Business Lawyers.
The second work is a companion statute book entitled Federal Intellectual Property Laws and Regulations. The attorneys of KINNEY & LANGE authored each of these publications.
These publications developed out of a free Intellectual Property Law seminar series KINNEY & LANGE presents annually in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa for business attorneys, corporate executives, and entrepreneurs.
