Graduate Princeton Theological Seminary, 1885.
Ordained Presbyterian ministry, 1885. General evangelist and in charge chs. on Urumia Plain and in Kurdistan, 1885-1804. During same period extensive tours.
In charge Urumia College and superintendent village schools, 1904-1912.
Member Sigma Chi. Has traveled extensively in Persia, Turkey and parts of Arabia and Europe. Greatly interested in the introduction of modern farming and industrial methods. In United States on leave of absence, 1913-1914, and compelled to return to the United States, 1916.
Lecturer on behalf Armenian-Syrian relief.
