Career
He was a Major General in the Prussian army. Quedenfeld (13 June 1851, Glogau (18 September 1891, Berlin) a Lieutenant in the Prussian Army was an insect dealer who made collecting expeditions to Morocco (1880, 1883 and 1885/86), Algeria (1884), the Canary Islands (1887), Tripoli and Tunisia (1888/89) and Anatolia (Kleinasien) (1891).
