Career
Kemp has been a lawyer since 1988 and founded the law firm, FORT in 2001 together with three other partners. On December the 4, 2014 Kemp gained national recognition after becoming the receiver of Dutch fashion brand Mexx declaring its 315 stores bankrupt. On 19 June 2001, Princess Margarita of Bourbon-Parma married the entrepreneur Edwin Karel Willem de Roy van Zuydewijn.
In 2003, a series of incidents had become known as the Margarita-affair.
They also said that their telephone conversations had been secretly telephone tapped. However, in 2008 it was allegedly reported that Princess Margarita of Bourbon-Parma had refuse to pay them.
