Graduated from Tokyo University in 1926.
Career
He designed many governmental buildings as architect of the Ministry of Justice and the Finance Ministry. Appointed director of the Technical Research Institute of the War Damage Reconstruction Board (1946) and assumed the present post (1948). Rendered researcheson prevention of spread of fire.
