Fumiya Tanabe, Japanese research scientist. Achievements include research in revealing of causes and mechanism of nuclear accidents such as Three Mile Island Reactor Unit-2 in United States of America (1979), Chernobyl Reactor Unit-4 in Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics (1986) and JCO Criticality Accident in Japan (1999).
