Career
Furuyama Moromasa was a Ukiyoe painter. His genre pictures were in the tradition of the Torii School. Was active from the Hoei until Enkyo Eras (1704-1747). He excelled in Vkiyoe, or pictures in perspective. His most known picture is that depicting blind men wrestling in Shin Yoshiwara gay quarters.
