Before the war, Fusanosuke Maeda was elected to the House of Representatives eight times. Former parliamentary Vice-Minister of Communications, and of Transportation and Communications. Fusanosuke Maeda was also chairman of the Political Affairs Research Board of the Minaeito Party.
