Pryor, Barry, Smith, Karber & Alford dates from 1908 when T. B. Pryor, Senior moved to Fort Smith to become the Missouri Pacific Railroad general counsel for the states of Arkansas and Oklahoma.
The firm evolved a general practice with emphasis in all areas of civil litigation.
As presently constituted the firm consists of five partners and one associate.
