1903 helped found Arm Social-Democratic (“Spccifists”) Party, which held the same views on organizational problems as the Jewish Bund. Represented this party at the 2 April 1905 Geneva Conference, convened by Gapon. 1907 — 17 worked in Baku.
Represented “Specifists” at 5th Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Congress. After 1917 October Revol worked with Geo Menshevik-Internationalists. After the establishment of Soviet rule in Transcaucasia worked for Transcaucasian State Planning Committee.
1923-1928 with' Transcaucasian Economic Council. Simultaneously taught at higher educational institutions. From 1934 teacher in Armenian
From 1955 pensioner.
