In 2005 she was crowned Mission Lebanon. She modeled during her teenage years, participating in music videos for popular Arab singers, in television commercials, and in fashion shows. Her intelligence, self-confidence, and her courage to speak of her feelings influenced the judges in her favor.
In 2007 Garbielle Bou Rached had roles in two television drama series aired on the LBC Channel: "Wouroud Momazzaka" and "Nar taht al jaleed".
Gabrielle Bou Rached studied translation, earning a Master"s Degree in Interpretation. She speaks four languages, Arabic, English, French, and Spanish.
They honeymooned in Paris and Madrid. They currently reside in Abu Dhabi, where both are employed by the United Arab Emirates government.
On February 23, 2011, Gabrielle and Sami"s first baby was born, a healthy baby boy called Robin.
On November 4, 2012, their second baby, Alexia was born. February 2004, Gabrielle was crowned as Mission ETIB at The School of Translation and Interpretation in USJ University Beirut. May 2005, Gabrielle was crowned Mission Campus of USJ University Beirut.

She also had a leading role (2004) in the Lebanese film Falafel, which was released in 2006, after she had become famous as Mission Lebanon. In 2005 she entered the Mission Lebanon competition. Observers credited her win in that venue to her final interview, where she spoke of her father Sameeh, who had died in the Lebanese Civil War. Summer 2005, Gabrielle represented Lebanon in the Mission Asia Pageant where she won the Mission Intellect Award and placed 2nd in theBest National Costume Award. May 2006, Gabrielle participated in the Mission Universe 2006 pageant in Los Angeles, California, the first Mission Asia contestant to compete at Mission Lebanon and win.
