Career
Born in Cattolica Eraclea, Sicily, he immigrated to Canada in the 1950s and worked for Communist Party Rail before launching Saint Joseph Communications in 1956. His printing business, Saint Joseph Communications would eventually become what is the largest private communications company in Canada. He has received two honorary doctorates from Canadian Universities.
Gaetano Gagliano was also given the title of Commendatore which is one of Italy"s highest honorary rankings.
Gagliano currently resides in Toronto.
