Wegodsky, Gail Eleanor was born on November 30, 1955 in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. Daughter of Nathan and Rebecca (Berlin) Wegodsky.


Bachelor of Fine Arts, Maryland. Institute College Art, Baltimore, 1978; Master of Fine Arts in Painting, Tyler School Art, 1982.
