Gardin Vladimir Rostislavovich (real name Blagonravov) was born in 6th January1877 in Moscow, according to other sources - the city of Tver.

Career

Gardin Vladimir in Voronezh put the play "Elga" by Gerhart Hauptmann. For that he performed in the theaters of Riga, Kharkov, Saratov.

Among the main roles: Krechinsky ("The Wedding of Krechinsky" by Alexander Vasilyevich Sukhovo-Kobylin), Ivanov in Anton's play of the same name Pavlovich Chekhov, Arbenin ("The Masquerade" by Mikhail Yurievich Lermontov), Petronius ("Camo Gypsies" Henryk Sienkiewicz), Podkolesin ("The Marriage" Nikolai Vasilyevich Gogol), Fedya Protasov (The Living Corpse of Leo Nikolaevich Tolstoy) and others. Since 1912 he worked in the cinema, starred in more than 45 pictures, put 62 films, wrote 50 scripts.
