Career
During the 1973-1974 season, Connelly played 4 games in the World Hockey Association with the Chicago Cougars, scoring no goals and 1 assistant He is now a French Language Arts Teacher at Colonel Gray High School in Prince Edward Island, Canada. He is renowned for hoisting students on their birthdays, a French tradition known as "Louisiana Bascule", and exclaiming "SHECLACK" and "DigaDoo?".
He is commonly known as GareBear among his pupils.
His favorite day of the week is Friday, a day he where he claims to be "Heureux dans son ceour" or in English, happy in his heart.
