Career
He was House Republican Leader in 1979. He was born in Astoria, Oregon and was a manager for Pacific Northwest Bell. He has also served as an adviser in the position of to House Speaker Karen Minnis, and assistant to Senate President Brady Adams and House Speaker Lynn Snodgrass.
