The Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Singletary & Thrash was founded in January, 1991, by Britt Singletary and Gary Thrash, former high school, college and law school classmates. Britt Singletary resigned as U. S. Magistrate for the Southern District of Mississippi to join Gary Thrash in establishing the firm.
Singletary and Thrash have a state-wide practice maintaining fully-staffed offices in Jackson and Biloxi. Both parties are frequent seminar speakers on federal practice and commercial litigation and all members participate in continuing legal education and civic affairs.
