She has one older brother and three younger adopted siblings. She was homeschooled. Green began acting at age 4.
In 2012 she was a co–star in the web–based interactive movie Finding Cody.
In 2015 she had roles in episodes of Criminal Minds and Liv and Maddie before being cast as a main character in the Heroes Reborn miniseries. She appears in a promotional video, Open Your Heart, for the American Heart Association.
