Metalworker; from age 14 participated in strikes. Worked for Mogilyov, Odessa and Kiev Party organisation. Twice attested for revol activities.
Exiled to Yeniseysk Province. After 1917 February Revol worked at Petrograd’s “Promyot” Plant. April 1917 elected chairman, 3d, Metalworkers’ Union.
1918 Party work in Petrograd. Then Presidium member, Supreme Sovarkhoz and head, Economy Department, Central Committee, Metalworkers’ Union. 1928 chairman, Central Committee, Food Indiana Workers’ Union.
Then Presidium member and department head, All-Union Centr Trade-Union Council. Simultaneously Presidium member, Supreme Sovarkhoz. At 14th and 15th All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Congresses elected member, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks).
At 16th, 17th and 18th Congresses elected candidate member, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). February 1941 at 18th All-Russian Conference relieved of candidate membership of Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Arrested by State Security organs.
