She studied at the Subodha Balika Vidyalaya, Dehiwala and Girls High School, Mount Lavinia.
Career
She is the title holder of for Mission International 2006 beauty pageant. At the Girls High School, Mount Lavinia she was served as a school prefect. In 2012 Gayesha represented her country at Mission Asia Pacific World 2012 beauty pageant and there she was eligible d to enter to top 15 list.
Achievements

In 2006 Gayesha won the for Mission International 2006 title and she represented the Sri Lanka at Mission International in China and Japan. After 3 years, she qualified to compete at Mission Tourism Queen International 2009 pageant, which held in the Wuhan city of China, and there she won the Mission Talent mini title. At the Avirate for Mission Universe 2011 competition, Gayesha won the Mission Congeniality title. Also she won the pageant"s Mission Personality and Best National Costume mini titles.
