Director field work, Union Theological Seminary, 1901-1918.

Head worker Union Settlement, 1901-1923. Vice president Union Settlement Association, since 1925.

Professor applied Christianity, Union Theological Seminary, since 1913, director department of church and community since 1920. and dean of students, since 1929.
