Over the past 13 plus years Gene Zirkel has led more than 120 personal growth seminars on the themes of Goal Setting, Motivation & Self Actualization. These workshops include a few simple techniques for setting and achieving goals such as positive self talk, affirmations and visualization. Now, at the request of some of his more than 2,700 seminar participants Professor Zirkel has gathered these ideas into a book. What his students wished for was twofold: tA book to give to their loved ones who would never have the opportunity to take part in one of Gene's dynamic presentations tA book to use as a revu for the many powerful ideas presented at those seminars. With Happiness Is My Decision Gene has successfully satisfied both of these desires. This book successfully captures the spirit of the simple yet effective techniques he has been teaching for years. Filled with practical steps and supported by the success stories of those who made use of them, this is a wonderful guide for those who would take command of their own happiness and success. Modern techniques for self empowerment, including attitudinal change, and goal achieving strategies, have been used successfully by business people, professional athletes and thousands of others for over 40 years, yet they are still not widely known. This book provides the tools to naturally and easily change yourself and fulfill your dreams. Happiness ù setting and achieving your goals ù is within your grasp. Whether you wish to quit smoking, lose weight, increase your income or improve your relationships, this book shows you how you can effect the changes you desire. Happiness truly Is My Decision!
