Commander in Chief of the Far Eastern Republic (Soviet buffer state). Military commander in Minsk, 1921-1922, and in Fergana, 1922-1923. Subsequently held high posts in the Ministry of Foreign Trade, 1924.
Wrote on the history of the Civil War.
