Career

Formerly Senior President of the Royal Medical Society, Edinburgh, and formerly Examiner in Surgery to the University of Edinburgh. Principal Medical Officer Lowland Division Territorial Army; member of the British Red Cross Society Council; Honourable Associate of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem; Surgeon Glasgow Western Infirmary; Senior Surgeon Glasgow Cancer Hospital.
