Career

Married 4th, Paula Jacobson, 1960. Began career as nickelodean singer and bat boy for New York Giants. 1st singing partner of Walter Winchell.

Teamed with Eddie Cantor in Gus Edward’s Vaudeville Acts, 1910.

1st Broadway appearance in Shubert Gaieties of 1918. Appeared in dramas The Jazz Singer, Joseph and His Brethren, The War Song.

Company-author with Fannie Brice in musical Sweet and Low. Again teamed with Eddie Cantor for 2-year tour beginning at New York Palace theatre.

Wrote and appeared in musical plays High Kickers, Show Time.

Joined 20th Century Fox as producer and author, 1943-1963. Produced several well known stage productions Chairman of the Board Israel Hotel Company, Incorporated.

Toured in That Wonderful World of Vaudeville, 1975.

Active City of Hope, Government of Israel, numerous other organizations
