Sir George Welsh Kellner Knight Commander of the Order of Street Michael and Saint George Computer Society of India was a British colonial administrator.

George Welsh Kellner was born in Calcutta, the son of Francis Daniel Kellner and Anne Henrietta Welsh.

Career
