Bellevue House, Bristol; Trinity College Dublin (Bachelor of Arts), 1856. Architect, civil engineer, and surveyor, first in London and subsequently in Dublin.
Career
Lord Mayor, 1881; entertained Lord-Lieutenant and Countess Cowper at Mansion House, Dublin, this being the last occasion upon which the representatives of the Sovereign have been received there; opened the South City Markets to the public; Commissioner of Pembroke Township, 1869-1901; Chairman of Board, 1887-1892. Cr. 1887; Trinity College, Dublin, Deputy-Lieutenant (Dublin); Justice of the Peace Company Dublin.
