Chairman, 1909-1910; Member of Finsbury Borough Council since 1900. Rector of St. Luke, Old Street, since 1897; Prebendary of St. Paul’s Cathedral since 1905; Rural Dean of Finsbury since 1901; Mayor of Finsbury, 1906-1907 and 1907-1908.
