Author of Water Acts on which Government Irrigation policy is founded, and which nationalised all the waters in the rivers and streams of the State. Member ol last four Interstate Conferences of State and Federal Ministries to consider financial and other questions. Director, Metropolitan Gas Company, Melbourne Hydraulic Power Company, Sydney Hydraulic Power Company, Broken Hill Water Company, etc.
