Entered Military Service and served as Corporal in Company C., Pennsylvania Engineers, on Mexico Border. A tty. for Conscription Board and Member Speakers’ Bureau, Three-Minute Men Association, during World War. Nominated and elected to 68 Congress, 1922, re-elected to 69, 1924, 71, 1928.
