Elected to Board of Aldermen in Hartford, April 1923 for 2 years. Served as Republic Aldermanic member of Board of Finance, 1924-1925. Appointed City Plan Commissioner, 1927, by Mayor Norman C. Stevens.
Moved to New Britain, Connecticut, 1930, on expiration of above commn. appointment to be closer to business (furniture store). Secy, of John A. Andrews & Company. Inc., New Britain, Conn.
