Removed to Delafield, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, 1855. Bachelor of Arts, University of Wisconsin, 1873, Bachelor of Laws, 1874, Doctor of Laws, 1904.

Career

Assistant state librarian of Wisconsin, 1873-1874. Practiced law in Milwaukee, since 1874, except while serving as judge Superior Court, Milwaukee Company, January 1, 1888-March 1, 1890. Member firm of Miller, Noyes & Miller, 1890-1906.

General counsel Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Milwaukee, since 1906.
