Instructor and Adjunct Professor civil engineering, 1894-1905, associate professor and professor applied mechanics and machine design, since 1905, University of Nebraska, also head department applied mechanics and machine design. Railway and highway consulting engineer During World War had charge of publicity and instructional work of S.A.T.C., University of Nebraska.
