About the Book This book is designed for Christians who have knowledge of factual details of Old Testament stories. This book takes a fresh look at the oldest of stories, realizing God's voice is timeless and speaking to us today, enriching our understanding of Him in whom "we live and move and have our being." About the Author George Ewing has taught English for many years at Abilene Christian University. He has also preached, both full- and part-time, in several churches of Christ in Texas. Ewing received his doctorate and master's degrees in English from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor's degree in Bible from ACU. He has written articles and poems for several magazines, including Christian Bible Teacher, Firm Foundation and Mission Journal, and he has written two other books. Ewing and his wife, Mellisse, have five children and several grandchildren.
