Career
In 1890-1896, he was Attache to the French Foreign Office.
In 1896-1904, Georges was Chief Secretary to the Government of Tunis, North Africa (French Protectorate).
From 1905-1914 he was Legislative Adviser to the Siamese Government.
Since 1908, he was Compiler of the Siamese Penal Code.
Since 1914, he has been Adviser to the Chinese Government, since 1917, Adviser to the Chinese Codification Commission.
In 1919, he became Technical Adviser to the Chinese Delegation at the Peace Conference.
