Georgi Ivanovich Lisachenko was active within the party work in Voronezh. In 1951-1981, he was the Chairman of the Physical culture and Sport Committee at Voronezh Regional Executive Committee. Then, the director of the regional Sportloto office and member of the Sport veterans Council of Voronezh district.
He is the author of the article "Physical culture and sport in Voronezh district during the 50 years of Soviet government" in the book "The Anniversary scientific-methodical Conference of Voronezh universities proceedings" (Voronezh, 1970).
