Career
Summer 1918 organized uprising of Cossacks in Terek region and headed Terek Cossacks and Peasants’ Soviet. Chairman, Provisional People's Government, Terek Kray. November 1918, after uprising was crushed by Soviet troops, fled to Petrovsk (now Makhachkala), where he helped his brother L. F. Bicherakhov to set up Caucasian-Caspian Democratic Government.
