Chairman, Caucasian Front Revol Military Council in Sarakamysh. Then Party work in Baku. Sent to Northern Caucasus to figth countcrrevol elements.
Directed formation of Kermen military detachments. Member, Terek Oblast People's Soviet. Chairman, Ossetian Revol Military Council.
Helped organize defense of Vladikavkaz.
