Director Southbridge Water Supply Company, Harrington Cutlery Company, Warren Steam Pump Company, Worcester Trust Company, Worcester Manufacturers Mutual Insurance Company, National Shawmut Bank of Boston.

Trustee and member investment committee Southbridge Savings Bank.

Trustee Worcester Academy, Nichols Academy, Worcester Insane Asylum.
