Career
Called to Bar, Middle Temple, 1885. Practised Barbados; acted judge of Petty Debt Court and of Assistant Court of Appeal, 1889. Acted Solicitor General in 1890-1891-1892.
Appointed Solicitor General, 1890.
Acted Attorney General, 1891,1898, 1900-1901-1902-3-4. Member of the Board of Education since 1891.
Member of the Quarantine Board and General Board of Health since 1902. Attorney-General of Barbados since 1907.
King’s Counsel; Justice of the Peace. Member of the Barbados House of Assembly since 1889.
