The unincorporated predecessor of Jackson & Jessup, Professional Corporation, was founded in Washington, District of Columbia, in 1970, by William P. Jackson, Junior In 1975, the firm moved to Arlington, Virginia, and in 1976 became a professional corporation.
Since its inception, the firm has handled complex litigation and counselling in all areas of transportation law, including railroad, motor carrier and shipper matters.
