Studied at Waseda University but left without graduating.
Career
Established (1935) a nationalistic organization, Kokusakusha， and started to publish the magazine Kokusaku. Acted as adviser to the Daitojuku Society, and established deep relations with political and business leaders and gained influential power. Wrote many short poems and published his poem book Tokan Mujo.
