Career
On July 31, 2009, he signed with Duque de Caxias Futebol Clube to coach the Rio de Janeiro team as a replacement for Rodney Gonçalves. On September 19, 2012, Kleina, after realizing a good work for Ponte Preta, signed with Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras, that struggle against relegation. The new coach comes to alviverde to replace Luiz Felipe Scolari.
On May 8, 2014, Kleina leaves alviverde and was replaced by Ricardo Gareca
