Career
Migliaccio started his career at Savoia. He debuted as a professional in 1998-1999 playing the championship Serie C, playing 8 match. The following year he goes on loan to Puteolana, Serie Doctorate club
Despite an excellent season, and is noticed by the leadership of Bari, who bought it to play in the Serie A, for the 2000-2001 season.
However, never appears in the field The following year he was transferred to Giugliano in Serie C2.
In 2003 he moved to Ternana to play in the Serie B. After 39 matches played, in January 2005 he moved to Atalanta in Serie A 2004-2005. Played three seasons with Atalanta, collecting 86 caps and 4 goals.
Especially in 2006/07 offers top performance, contributing to the excellent location of his team in the league.
Palermo
He joined Palermo in the summer of 2007, strongly wanted by his former coach Stefano Colantuono. Is purchased for €5M and ownership of Adriano Pereira da Silva. In Palermo, Giulio has become a pivot in the midfield and a popular fan favourite thanks to his commitment with the club and fighting spirit.
He was also occasionally lined up as a centre back, first by Davide Ballardini and then, much more regularly, Walter Zenga, Serse Cosmi and Devis Mangia.
He was appointed Palermo vice-captain in 2011. On 28 August 2010 he reached 100 caps on rosanero: 93 in the league, 4 in European Cups and three in the Coppa Italia.
