Graduate Krasnoyarsk High-School and studied at Moscow Teachers’ Training Courses.
1896 arrested for involvement in student demonstrations and exiled to Yeniseysk Province. From 1899 did propaganda work for Social-Democrats in working distr of Kiev. 1900-1902 member, Ivanovo-Voznesensk Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Committee.
Also worked as a distributing agent for the newspaper “Iskra” in Samara and Moscow. 1902 member, Organization(s) Committee, 2nd Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Congress. 1902-1905 exiled to Yakutsk Province.
November 1905-1908 did Party work in Saint St. Petersburg. 1908-1917 gave up active politics. 1911 accompanied her husband I.A. Teodorovich to Irkutsk Province, where he had been sentenced to hard labor and exile.
After 1917 February Revol member, Krasnoyarsk Province Russian Social-Democratic Workers ’Party (Bolsheviks) Committee and Presidium member, Krasnoyarsk Province Executive Committee. 1918-1920 member, and Presidium member, All-Russian CentT Executive Committee. Taught on courses for Party instructors and agitators.
Head. Polit Department, Eastern Front and member, Revol Military Council. 1st, 8th and Reserve Armies. 1920-1921 did political work in Soviet transport system.
1921-1926 head, Moscow Province Polit Education Board. 1926-1929 dean, Polit Education Faculty, Communist Training Academy. 1929-1930 assistant head, Culture and Propaganda Department, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks).
1930-1937 rector, Higher Communist Agric Schools in Sverdlovsk, Ryazan and Moscow. From 1938 worked for educational authorities, then as associate, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Museum of the Revol. From 1954 pensioner.
The hierarchical structure of most religions is anti-democratic, and thus offends basic human rights.
Communist party could initiate policies in the name of the society because it knows what the best is for its progress and development.
