Anfilov graduated from the Voronezh Mikhailov Cadet Corps in 1906, studied at Aleksandrovsk Military school in Moscow and in 1913 graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Moscow university.
Career
He worked in organizations connected with the book distribution and publishing in Kharkiv (1919), Rostov-on-Don (end of 1921-1922) and Moscow (1922-1934).
Achievements

In 1913 Gleb Anfilov became one of the winners of the poetry slams named after S.Ya. Nadson. Also, he was a member of V. Ya. Bryusov’s literary "Thursdays". Anfilov’s work was published in 1914-1917.
A selection of Anfilov’s poems is placed in the magazine "Nashe Naslediye" (1990, No. 2, foreword and publications by I.G. Anfilov).
